.: MAGIC PRACTICE :.Magus: Dinesus Galvisia, Orion’s Father, taught Orion how to manipulate water magic. A skill that had be rather common in their family. Orion took it a step further by deeper exploring the possibilities of Ice Magic, and continues to do so even after becoming a Magus.

Glacial Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate ice, water frozen into a solid state and appears naturally in forms of snow, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and polar ice caps, and cold by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, for various effects and combinations.
Create/generate/increase, shape and manipulate cold and ice for various effects, freezing areas of differing sizes/shapes and/or objects for several effects:
- Cold Energy Manipulation: The user can manipulate extremely cold energy capable of freezing anything it comes into contact with. This energy can be composed of an extremely cold gas such as air, or a magical energy.
- Frostbite to freeze anything to atomic levels making it fragile.
- Cryokinetic Constructs including weapons, walls, and armors.
- Cryokinetic Surfing: User controls the ice in a way that increases their ability to move and/or maneuver either by granting them abilities they otherwise lack or allowing them to ignore normally needed equipment.
Orion’s motivation has always been the safety and happiness of his little sister. Thus when he is stressed and out of focus, he will often look at a pocket locket with a portrait of her in it.
Casting: Orion uses his magic much like an extension of himself. A lot of sweeping hand and leg movements that are used to flow the magic around him. The form of movements are soft and fluid, keeping a center of gravity with almost dance-like movements. Most important are the hand movements, which is what he uses to actually manipulate and move the ice around him. To shape and form it. His legs not moving nearly as much as his arms and hands.
.: CONNECTION TO THE CITADEL :.Rumour: A lot of the time Orion can be seen as aloof and distant. Usually keeping a calm demeanor which can be mistaken for being cold. Oftentimes he is seen either training or reading when not catering to his younger sister. In fact Orion is one of the few who have not yet taken up an acolyte nor has he been married or had any children by his age.
Political Standpoint: Orion secretly shares a lot of outlandish views. Though it is true that he believes discipline and self-control should be prevalent, he also believes this should be the case for magic as well. Pursuit of magical study should not come at the cost of someone’s life. This is why Orion gives himself a very strict schedule. Though he practices his magic every day, he does so in moderation. The only times he has ever excessively used magic is when he absolutely needed to.
He also believes that the other towers should be more accepting of others, feeling that the division amongst the towers is a sad thing. If the towers co-operated more he feels that they could make great leaps in not only new kinds of magic, but also in possibly solving the Tearing issues. All people can and should be seen as equal.
Oftentimes he wonders what lies beyond the Citadel.
Religious Standpoint: Orion is a firm follower of the Imperium Discipline. Magic should and can be controls. It should be used in moderation. There is a balance to all things, even in magic.
