Rumour: A sometimes popular and sometimes rather disliked conversationalist expert of the Fuchsia Curtain, he apparently got into some trouble with Madame Hawk and was one of the reasons it went up into flames - again. Makes for a boring but adequate barista, that had a lot of swooning gilder teens write up poetry about the mysterious, quiet man behind the bar. Also married to that Valentine, or something.
Oh, and then there was that part where he murdered someone, and is wanted for manslaughter by the Inquisition.

Political Standpoint: Team Let's-Just-Survive-Please. If hard-pressed, he'd admit to being of Blue Suite allegiance. But then he's really hard-pressed.

Religious Standpoint: Habitual practicioner of the Aqualux religion, but ultimate - philosophically and intellectually - an atheist. His father did always tell him Spellblinds can't possibly know Magiae's light, because they can't feel it... so, yeah.

Anchoring: Chez is a great fan of some physical activity before performing magic. These include but are not limited to: yelling, throwing martinis and fucking something.

Casting: All manner of showbiz! Striptease, belly dance, facial paint, ointments... seems to have a taste for the dramatic, ey?

Rumour: The general populi either seem to consider the Peacock insane - as in not the cute kind of insane, but the kind that sets things on fire and walks away laughing manically - or insanely attractive.
If the title is something to be inherited, in the ways of Vermillians, or not is up for discussion; but the Peacock has been around for quite some time. The previous Rex Arché apparently kept Chez the same way the Phoenix Empress once did Crow, and the Fuchsia is known to harbour quite a lot of influental people; all of them intoxicated with the courtesan one way or another.
Recently, however, the Peacock appears a slave in its own nest? By a Hawk's talons, no less.

Political Standpoint: Ever heard of the mage who did all the hard work and never cut any corners? No, me neither.

Religious Standpoint: The stars used to be so beautiful.

Anchoring: She keeps a rosary with Magiae's Eye on her for a reason, and if she finds herself in need of focus, prayer always helps.

Religious Standpoint: Magiae's Light and Web is to be treated with the respect it deserves.

Age: Somewhere around 15-18 years old.

Citadel-nationality: Obsidian by birth, but Vermillian for all intents and purposes.
Profession: Used to work as the Rex Arché's right hand, but things are... different, now.

Magus: It's said that each master of the Whisperers passes on their secrets and knowledge to their successor, and the one to teach Crow was of course the esteemed Bluejay.

Minor Arcanas: Eri will be a good mod and fill this in eventually.

Anchoring: He has a lullaby of Obsidian origin that he humms to himself, be it just the first few notes if pressed for time. Sometimes, if silence is of the essence, he'll spell the notes out with his hand in sign-language instead.

Casting: Singing! Thrilling! Chirping! A true spellsinger.

Magus: Saberis Aleanana, his father, as well as an assortment of others. In his youth he burned through teachers like others do candles, and none of them appeared to have liked the snotty arcane genius very much.

Minor Arcanas: Minor Storm Summon Arcana, and... many, many others. Possibly one of the most knowledgeable sorcerers in the Citadel.

Anchoring: Lowering his hands into a bowl or water, or otherwise soaking his fingertips and tracing waters across his brow. All very traditional Azurite.

Casting: Tracing different seals and runes, preferably with water although he can go at it au naturale as well~ He has a fondness for runes in general, and for more longlasting effects he's prone to etching them into the spelled material - preferably a conduit in the shape of a jewel.

Rumour: As the undisputed leader of his Tower and Suite, the rumours about him is as vivid and evershifting as they are... prone to mostly be enemy or his own propaganda. One day he's bedding the Phoenix Empress, the other he has taken her head, and the third he's actually her in disguise.
Politically, he's known for his radical views on the Rex Arché title, believing the idea of a monarchy to be obsolete and arguing vehmently for a republic to take its place.

Political Standpoint: I mean, he invented the political standpoint "Blue Suite". So.

Religious Standpoint: Although he'd never admit it, he has a rather religious reverence for Azyn and the Aqualux.

...And considering the recent civil unrest, quite literally so.
But one rumour prevails: Luc lies.

Political Standpoint: ...neutral? While he previous allied himself with the Red Suite, things seem to be tipping in no one's favor at the moment.

Religious Standpoint: As a member of the Disciples, he's a mysticist of the Seven Sorcerers.
